Return Policy
1. You may return the product you received within FOURTEEN (14) days from the date of delivery, provided that it has not been used, damaged, deformed, or had its tags removed. The returned item must be in its original condition and packaging, including its invoice and any accompanying accessories.
2. Please make sure to inspect your order in the presence of the courier upon delivery. Do not accept any packages that appear to be damaged during shipment. If any damage is detected, request that the courier prepare an official report and return the item(s) without accepting the delivery.
3. Before returning your item, please inform us via e-mail at customerservice@roze.com.tr and obtain approval regarding your return request.
4. Once the returned item(s) reach us, they will be carefully inspected. If the product meets the above conditions, an exchange will be processed on the same day. If a refund is requested, it will be issued within 3 business days.
5. Refunds will be made according to the original payment method. If payment was made by credit card, the amount will be refunded to the same card; if by bank transfer, the refund will be made to the relevant bank account within 3 business days.
6. Customer satisfaction and the continuity of our relationship are of the utmost importance to us. We view the return and exchange process as a natural part of maintaining long-term trust between buyer and seller.
7. For exchange requests, the shipping fee for the replacement item shall be borne by the Buyer.
Order Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, you may contact our Customer Service before your order has been handed over to the shipping company. Once we receive your cancellation request, your order will be cancelled before dispatch, and your payment will be refunded to your credit card.
